Harlem Stage partners with Urban Word NYC to present a two-part installation called Rock the Mic — a phenomenal spoken word presentation featuring the work of talented youth poets alongside some of today’s most groundbreaking established poets.

In this second installation of Rock the Mic, students from Harlem Stage’s student community will showcase their work alongside the talented youth and professional poets of Urban Word NYC! Don’t miss this opportunity to have your student’s be heard!

*While this event is open to all, to get the maximum benefit from this presentation, it is recommended that your students attend Rock the Mic Part 1 or complete a workshop with Urban Word NYC.
