Our new partnership with NEWFEST is a smash hit!
We entered a new partnership on June 7th with NEWFEST, the film festival of the LGBT community. With a screening of “Children of God” by Bahamian director Kareem Mortimer, we had to turn away over 40 people because of the demand. I think it’s safe to say the NEWFEST AT HARLEM STAGE is here to stay. A big thanks to HARLEM ONE STOP for their support of this event and their continued support of the LGBT community in Harlem. It was Gay Pride Week in New York, so to all our brothers and sisters out there who celebrate and are working for a more inclusive world – keep charging forward!
