COMING UP THIS WEEKEND – HABANA/HARLEM™
We close out the month and the season, AND THE YEAR, with two nights of magnificent music from our sister cities Habana, Cuba and New Orleans, Louisiana – and of course NEW YORK CITY.
On Friday night, presented as part of the George Wein CareFusion Jazz Festival New York, we partner again with producers Neyda Martinez and Onel Mulet to bring you a night of pure piano music with NOLA legend Henry Butler and Cuban dynamo Osmany Paredes.
Saturday night, in the last installment of our newly launched sellout series Uptown Nights, we bring you The Pedro Martinez Project. With Pedro holding court with his incredible playing and singing, he is joined by four amazing female vocalist – de’adre aziza, Nina Rodriguez, Ihsan and Maria Isa. DJ Cato will keep you dancing when Pedro isn’t and the bar will feature special drinks. We’ll kiss this year goodbye and the summer hello in grand style.
