at our second annual Harlem Rent Party!
Hank Jones will share both his genius, and the stage, with twenty two year old
phenomenon, pianist
Gerald Clayton, and the young lion jazz trumpeter
Roy Hargrove, for a special performance to benefit Harlem Stage.
On the cusp of his 90th birthday, Hank Jones will perform in the
intimate setting of the Harlem Stage Gatehouse with the next
generation of jazz notables.
Jones will lead his trio and special guests Clayton and Hargrove
- not only
his followers, but two of the most significant young players on
the scene today - in extraordinary performances honoring tradition
and paving the way for the next generation.
